LENSHAUS is operated by OPTI SHACK INC, doing business as LENSHAUS. These terms apply to purchases through lenshaususa.com.
Orders and prescriptions
Please provide accurate contact information, shipping details, prescription information, and lens selections. Prescription orders require a valid prescription and any measurements needed to produce your lenses. We may contact you for clarification before production begins.
Our website, lens previews, and measurement tools do not provide an eye examination or replace advice from your eye care professional. Lens previews illustrate your selections; actual appearance may vary with your prescription, frame, lighting, and lens material.
Customer-provided frames
All frames are subject to inspection for condition and suitability for lens replacement. If your frames are unsuitable, we will contact you before proceeding to discuss available options and any applicable refund under our cancellation policy. Additional charges or changes require your approval.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. If an order contains a pricing or availability error, we will contact you to resolve it or refund any payment for an order we cannot fulfill.
Custom products and cancellations
Lenses are custom-made for your order. Cancellations, remakes, progressive adaptation, and warranty claims are governed by our Return, Remake & Cancellation Policy. Shipping and pickup arrangements are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Production and delivery
Production begins after we receive suitable frames, complete prescription information, required measurements, and payment. Any production or delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Express shipping does not shorten lens production time.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected and used. Please submit prescriptions and other sensitive information only through the channels we provide for that purpose.
Your rights
These terms do not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that purchase.
