LENSHAUS Return, Remake & Cancellation Policy

LENSHAUS is operated by OPTI SHACK INC, doing business as LENSHAUS.

Custom lenses
Our lenses are made specifically for your prescription, selected options, and frames. Once production begins, custom lenses are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds. The remake and warranty coverage below still applies.

Manufacturing errors
If your lenses do not match the prescription or specifications you submitted, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will review the issue and correct manufacturing errors at no charge, including necessary shipping.

Progressive adaptation
If you have difficulty adapting to your progressive lenses, contact us within 60 days of delivery. Our team will review your prescription, measurements, and concerns. Your purchase includes one complimentary adaptation remake. Contact us before returning your frames so we can arrange the next steps.

One-year lens warranty
Your lenses include one replacement for scratches from normal use or coating defects reported within one year of delivery. Replacement lenses must use the original prescription, frame, and lens options.

This warranty excludes loss, theft, breakage, accidental damage, and damage from improper cleaning or care. A warranty replacement does not restart the original coverage period.

Cancellations
You may cancel for a full refund before your protective mailer ships, provided lens production has not begun. If the mailer has shipped but production has not begun, a $10 mailer and shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once lens production begins, orders cannot be canceled for a refund.

Requesting assistance
Email support@lenshaususa.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos when helpful. Please contact us before shipping any frames or lenses back; we will provide return instructions and explain any applicable shipping charges before you proceed.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
