LENSHAUS Shipping Policy

Protective mailer and standard shipping
Eligible orders include a protective mailer, a prepaid label for sending your frames to our lab, and standard shipping of your completed glasses back to you. Shipping availability is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout.

Pack your frames securely using the supplied materials and follow the enclosed instructions. Keep your tracking information until your frames arrive at our lab.

Express shipping
Express shipping is available for $15 where offered at checkout. Express shipping changes the shipping service, not the time required to manufacture or inspect your lenses.

Production
Lens production begins after we receive your frames, confirm they are suitable for lens replacement, and have your complete prescription, required measurements, and payment.

Production time depends on your prescription and lens selections. We will contact you if additional information is needed or your order encounters a delay. Shipping transit time is separate from production time.

Pickup requests
Where pickup service is available, requests are arranged by our team. A submitted request is not a confirmed courier booking. Please wait for confirmation of your pickup date and instructions before leaving your package for collection.
